Water is a fantastic solvent and we can fine tune the water solution with additives to be alkaline (high pH) or acidic (low pH), and add surfactants to make it easy to clean in tight spaces.

However, not all contamination can be removed by a water process and the wash, rinse, rinse, dry process can be lengthy in time and occupy a lot of space on the production floor.

Water-based processes require drying of the parts and water requires the most energy of all cleaning options, to dry (evaporate) water from the parts surface. Email us for more info.
